Needs Review

Items the tools flagged but that need a human decision land in Needs Review. D0pam1ne’s AI triage offers suggestions and a confidence level; you confirm, edit or reject. From the list you can assign to yourself, rewrite with AI, filter by status, verdict or IP, and generate a report once issues are ready.
Confidence is never a finding on its own. A probe that confirms the issue marks it Verified; a reflection or a path that only answered marks it Needs review, so the real signals stay out of a client report until a human has checked them.
