# Issues and Needs Review

> Triage findings, confirm them with AI, and move them toward the client.

Every finding is an **issue** with a status that moves through the workflow: Draft, Needs review, Verified, Ready, Reported, Fixed. Only verified issues reach the client.

The Issues list with Needs Review triage

## Needs Review

Items the tools flagged but that need a human decision land in **Needs Review**. D0pam1ne's AI triage offers suggestions and a confidence level; you confirm, edit or reject. From the list you can assign to yourself, rewrite with AI, filter by status, verdict or IP, and generate a report once issues are ready.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Confidence is never a finding on its own. A probe that confirms the issue marks it Verified; a reflection or a path that only answered marks it Needs review, so the real signals stay out of a client report until a human has checked them.
